Q:  How much property management fees do we charge?

A:   We typically charge 3-5% of gross monthly rent on occupied units, and 1/2 month's rent on vacant units.

Q:  How much broker fees  do we charge on sales and acquisitions?

A:   We typically charge 3-5% on commercial real estate sales. For acquisitions, the listing broker typically pays the buyers broker.

 

Q:  How much do we charge for leasing and tenant search?

A:   We typically charge 4-6% of the aggregate lease value (i.e. monthly rent plus the term of the lease).  

Q:  How much do we charge for brokering loans?

A:   We typically charge 0.5-1.0% for brokering loans. We will assemble your loan package by working with your CPA to gather all the pertinent financial items, and will present it to the lender in a professional "easy to underwrite" format.
